What is your minimum?

Our minimum is 25 guests for drop-off and full-service catering. Smaller private chef dinners are quoted separately — just ask.

How far in advance should I book?

Weekends book roughly 8 weeks out, and peak wedding and holiday dates go faster. If your date is close, call us — we keep a short list of open weekends.

Question 3

What deposit do you require?

A 25% deposit secures your date. It is applied to your final balance, and the balance is due 7 days before the event.

Do you charge a travel fee?

The first 60 miles from Colorado Springs are included. Beyond that we quote a flat travel fee up front — no surprises on the invoice.

Can you handle dietary restrictions?

Yes. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options are available on every package, and most of our smoked meats and sides are naturally gluten-free. Tell us the restrictions in your quote request and we will build around them.

Do you offer tastings?

Yes. In-person tastings are $XX and the fee is credited toward your booking when you sign. Book one on our scheduling page(/book).

What's included in full service?

Setup, chafers and serving equipment, buffet linens, staff through service, and full breakdown and cleanup of our equipment and the serving area.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another date within 12 months, subject to availability. Cancellations inside 14 days of the event are billed at 50% of the contracted total.

Question 9

Do you provide tables, chairs and china?

We can arrange rentals through our partners and fold them into one invoice, or work alongside a rental company you have already booked.

Question 10

Are you licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes — fully licensed, insured, and certified by the COUNTY health department. We are happy to send a certificate of insurance directly to your venue.
